Abstract

Di SD layanan bimbingan dan konseling tidak ditangani secara khusus oleh konselor atau guru BK. Dengan demikian, dibutuhkan sebuah layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan oleh setiap guru kelas. Menurut Slameto (2003: 97) dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran termasuk melaksanakan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling pada saat di sekolah, guru kelas memiliki kedudukan, yaitu : 1) mendidik, 2) memberikan fasilitas pencapaian tujuan guruan, 3) membantu perkembangan aspek-aspek pribadi siswa. Untuk dapat menjalankan peran tersebut guru kelas harus memperhatikan tingkat perkembangan masing-masing siswanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai peran guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling, pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di SDN Serang 03 dan kendala yang dihadapi guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di SDN Serang 03. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan metode studi kasus. Adapun subjek penelitiannya adalah guru kelas II, guru kelas V, dan kepala sekolah SDN Serang 03. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti melakukan kegiatan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa peran guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di SDN Serang 03 telah dilaksanakan dengan baik meskipun ada beberapa aspek yang belum tercapai secara optimal dikarenakan masih berlangsungnya pandemi Covid-19. Di SDN Serang 03, peran guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling tidak terlepas dari kolaborasi dengan orang tua siswa dalam memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peran guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling sangat diperlukan untuk membantu perkembangan siswa. Thus, a guidance and counseling service is required by each class teacher. According to Slameto (2003: 97) in carrying out learning activities including carrying out guidance and counseling services while in school, class teachers have a position, namely: 1) educating, 2) providing facilities for achieving educational objectives, 3) helping the development of personal aspects of learners. In order to perform this role, the class teacher must pay attention to the level of development of each student. The purpose of this research is to find out about the role of classroom teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling, the implementation of guidance and counseling at SDN Serang 03 and the obstacles faced by class teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling at SDN Serang 03. This study uses qualitative approach combined with case study method. The subjects of the study were grade II teachers, grade V teachers, and principals of SDN Serang 03. Researchers use data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. In analyzing the data researchers used miles and huberman model data analysis techniques that include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of research conducted by researchers show that the role of classroom teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling at SDN Serang 03 has been implemented well although there are some aspects that have not been achieved optimally due to the Covid-19 pandemic. At SDN Serang 03, the role of classroom teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling is inseparable from collaboration with parents in providing guidance to students. The conclusion of this study is the role of class teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling is indispensable to help the development of learners.
