Abstract

Aktivitas fisik dan pemahaman bermain merupakan hal yang penting bagi remaja, salah satunya dalam ekstrakurikuler futsal dan pendidikan jasmani disekolah, kebuthan yang penting untuk terwujudnya pengertian bermain futsal secara menyeluruh baik dari aspek tehnik dan taktik,.Penelitii ingin mengetahui tingkat aktivitas fisik di dua sekolah yang berbeda dan apakah terdapat perbedaan level aktivitas fisik dan keterampialn bermain futsal. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi Ex Post Facto dengan desain kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak 15 siswa laki laki di SMKS 1 PGRI Kota Sukabumi dan 15 siswa laki laki di SMAN 3 Kota Sukabumi yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sample jenuh. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah GPAQ (global physical activity questionnaire) untuk mengukur tingkat aktivitas fisik dan GPAI (games performance analysist instrumwent) untuk mengukut tingkat pemahaman bermain futsal. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunkan independent sample T test pada SPSS menyataakan data hasil level aktivitas fisik dan pemahaman bermain futsal di dua sekolah, dan terdapatnya perbedaan dengan nilai sig.0.00 dan dengan nilai rata-rata aktivitas fisik SMKS 1 PGRI Kota sukabumi 2.949,33 dan SMAN 3 Kota Sukabumi 5.822,66, untuk rata-rata pemahaman bermain futsal SMKS 1 PGRI Kota sukabumi 2,81 dan SMAN 3 Kota Sukabumi 4,32 Physical activity and playing skills are important things for adolescents, one of which is in futsal extracurricular activities and physical education in schools, which are important for the realization of a comprehensive understanding of playing futsal from both technical and tactical aspects. different and whether there is a difference in the level of physical activity and skills in playing futsal. The research method used in this research is the Ex Post Facto study with a comparative causal design with a quantitative approach. A total of 15 male students at SMKS 1 PGRI Sukabumi City and 15 male students at SMAN 3 Sukabumi City were sampled in this study, sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study were the GPAQ (global physical activity questionnaire) to measure the level of physical activity and the GPAI (game performance analysis instrument) to measure the skill level of playing futsal. The results of the study analyzed using the independent sample T- test at SPSS stated that the results of the level of physical activity and skills in playing futsal in two schools, and there were differences with the sig.0.00 value and with the average physical activity value of SMKS 1 PGRI Sukabumi City 2.949.33 and SMAN 3 Sukabumi City 5,822.66, for the average understanding of playing futsal at SMKS 1 PGRI Sukabumi City 2.81 and SMAN 3 Sukabumi City 4.32
