Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar ekosistem terumbu karang Pulau Natuna ini layak digunakan dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan literasi lingkungan siswa SMA.; Learning materials for the Natuna Island coral reef ecosystem in an effort to improve critical thinking skills and environmental literacy are currently not being developed. The development of teaching materials for the Natuna Island coral reef ecosystem was expected to help improve critical thinking skills and environmental literacy of high school students. The method used in this study was R&D ADDIE model (analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating), with the study subjects of 16 students of class X in a high school in Natuna Regency. The instruments were used the validation sheet of the feasibility of learning materials, cloze test, critical thinking ability questions, and environmental literacy questions. Based on the research results, the average percentage of the feasibility of leraning materials was 76,32% with decent criteria. Readability test obtained a percentage of 64,4% with high criteria. The critical thinking ability obtained an N-gain value of 0,50 with the medium criteria and an increase of the environmental literacy test on the aspects of knowledge, cognitive skills, and affective obtained an Ngain value of 0,61, 0,49, 0,43 with medium criteria. Based on this, it can be stated that the learning materials for the Natuna Island coral reef ecosystem were suitable for use and can help
