Abstract
Dusun Bambu Family Leisure Park merupakan objek wisata taman bermain untuk keluarga yang mengangkat konsep ekowisata. Dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya keluhan berupa kritik dan saran yang dirasakan wisatawan setelah berkunjung ke Dusun Bambu Family Leisure Park menunjukkan adanya perasaan kurang puas karena kondisi fasilitas yang dirasa belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dapat diperoleh melalui, observasi dan kuesioner. Untuk menentukan rentang ranking dari kuesioner, penulis menggunakan garis kontinum Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dimana sampel data dalam penelitian merupakan orang yang berkunjung ke Dusun Bambu Family Leisure Park yang berjumlah 400 responden. Hasil analisis deskriptif dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fasilitas wisata dan kepuasan pengunjung Dusun Bambu berada pada kategori baik. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fasilitas wisata berpengaruh sebesar 53% terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dan sisanya 47% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci: Wisatawan, Fasilitas Wisata, Kepuasan, Dusun Bambu Dusun Bambu Family Leisure Park is a tourist attraction for families that carries the concept of ecotourism. This was motivated by the emergence of complaints in the form of criticism and suggestions felt by tourists after visiting Dusun Bambu Family Leisure Park indicates a feeling of dissatisfaction because the condition of the facility is not optimal. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data collection techniques can be obtained through observation and questionnaires. To determine the ranking range of the questionnaire, the authors used a continuum line. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis where the sample data in the study were people who visited Dusun Bambu Family Leisure Park, totaling 400 respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis of this study indicate that the condition of tourist facilities and visitor satisfaction at Dusun Bambu are in good category. The results of statistical testing show that the condition of tourist facilities has an effect of 53% on visitor satisfaction and the remaining 47% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.
