Abstract
Salah satu kualifikasi penting yang harus dimiliki guru adalah kearifan, dimana kearifan ini akan memberikan pengaruh positif dan negatif kepada siswa. Guru memiliki banyak tantangan dalam praktik pendidikan, kearifan yang dimiliki oleh guru dapat membantu guru dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapinya. Akan tetapi masih banyak ditemui permasalahan yang menunjukkan kurang optimalnya kearifan yang dimiliki guru. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengkaji pemaknaan guru tentang kearifan yang menjadi pondasi dan berkontrbusi dalam peran mengajarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui interseksionalitas identitas sosial guru dalam pemaknaan kearifan pada praktik pendidikan. Interseksionalitas digunakan sebagai theoretical framework untuk membantu proses analisis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif wawancara dengan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan grounded theory. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan tiga temuan utama yaitu kearifan yang dimaknai sebagai perilaku yang sesuai dengan aturan, memahami situasi dan kondisi serta melibatkan hati nurani dan tujuan dalam pendidikan. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa pemaknaan tersebut terbentuk atas interaksi identitas sosial yang melekat dan saling berinteraksi pada guru, identitas sosial yang muncul dalam analisis ini meliputi identitas jenis kelamin, lingkungan, agama, suku, dan pengalaman. Setiap identitas yang dimiliki oleh guru tersebut saling berinteraksi satu sama lain dan berkontribusi dalam pembentukan pemaknaan guru. Pemaknaan guru yang terbentuk ini adalah bentuk titk temu dari kelima identitas sosial guru tersebut. Kata Kunci: kearifan, interseksionalitas, analisis antar kategori, identitas sosial guru. INTERSECTIONALITY OF TEACHERS SOCIAL IDENTITY IN THE MEANING OF EDUCATION IN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICES Arini Maharani NIM 1603012 ABSTRACT One of the important qualifications that teachers must have is wisdom, where this wisdom will have a positive and negative influence on students. Teachers have many challenges in educational practices, the wisdom possessed by teachers can help them in solving various problems they face. However, there are still many problems that indicate less optimal wisdom possessed by teachers. Therefore, it is important to examine the teacher's meaning of wisdom which is the foundation and contributes to his teaching role. This research was conducted to determine the intersectionality of teacher's social identities in the meaning of wisdom in educational practice. Intersectionality is used as a theoretical framework to help the data analysis process. This study uses descriptive interview data with qualitative research methods through a grounded theory approach. In this study, three main findings were generated, namely wisdom which is interpreted as behavior in accordance with the rules, understanding situations and conditions and involving conscience and goals in education. In addition, it was also found that the meaning was formed from the interaction of social identities that were inherent and interacting with the teacher. The social identities that appeared in this analysis included gender, environment, religion, ethnicity, and experience identities. Each identity possessed by the teacher interacts with each other and contributes to the formation of the meaning of the teacher. The meaning of the teacher that is formed is a form of meeting point of the five social identities of the teacher.
