Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan serta bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik nonprobability sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Politeknik Piksi Ganesha dengan jumlah sampel 150 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 25.0. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-statistik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, komitmen organisai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Dan secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Selanjutnya motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompentensi, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Novan Hidayat Yuris (170635) "The Influence of Competence, Organizational Commitment and Motivation on the Performance of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Employees". Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Eeng Ahman, MS and Dr. Hady Siti Hadijah, S.Pd., M.Si. This study aims to find out an overview of competence, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees and how the influence of competence, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees at the Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. The research method used in this study is descriptive with nonprobability sampling techniques. Respondents in this study were employees of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha with a sample of 150 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS 25.0 computer software tools. Hypothesis testing uses t-statistic test Statistical test results show that competence, organizational commitment and positive and significant motivation on employee performance. Significantly positive and significant competence on motivation, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Positive and significant competence both directly and indirectly on employee performance through motivation, positive and significant organizational commitment both directly and indirectly on employee performance through motivation.
