Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap minat berkunjung kembali di kawasan Wisata Cipanas Garut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda serta diolah dengan bantuan software IBM Statistics 20 for windows. Variabel yang digunakan ada dua yaitu variabel citra destinasi dan variabel minat berkunjung kembali. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian kepada 150 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan purposif sampling dengan populasi yaitu pengunjung yang pernah mengunjungi kawasan Wisata Cipanas Garut. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa citra destinasi secara langsung dan positif mempengaruhi minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan, citra kognitif berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan minat berkunjung kembali dibandingkan dengan citra afektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebaiknya pengelola memperhatikan kualitas pengalaman yang dirasakan wisatawan guna meningkatkan citra yang lebih baik, badan pengelola perlu melakukan perawatan wahana atraksi secara berkala agar wahana tetap dalam kondisi layak, serta memberikan inovasi terhadap aktivitas dan atraksi yang ada di kawasan Wisata Cipanas Garut. This study aims to analyze the influence of the effect of destination image on revisit intention at Cipanas tourism area, Garut. The type of this research is descriptive research with a quantitative and verification approach using multiple linear regression technique and processed with IBM Statistics 20 for Windows software. There are two variables used, namely tourist attraction image variables and revisit intention variables. Data obtained using a questionnaire as a research instrument to 150 respondents. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with a population of visitors who are visiting Cipanas Garut tourism area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of visitors who had visited the Cipanas Garut tourism area. The results of this study prove that the destination image directly and positively influences revisit intention, cognitive image has a significant effect on revisit intention compared to the affective image. Based on the results of the research, the manager should pay attention to the quality of the experience felt by tourists in order to improve a better image, managers needs to carry out maintenance of attractions on a regular basis so that the rides remain in proper condition, and provide innovation on activities and attractions at Cipanas Garut Tourism area.
