Abstract

Setiap individu pasti mengalami dinamika kehidupan karena memiliki sifat dasar yang dinamis. Sama halnya dalam sebuah komunitas pasti terjadi suatu dinamika yang beragam. Salah satunya komunitas Black Two March memiliki permasalahan, kurangnya kesadaran dalam mengembangkan komunitas perkusi oleh anggotanya, Selain itu rutinitas latihan atau diskusi terhambat karena keterbatasan waktu. Pola dinamika seperti itu akan mempengaruhi produktivitas kelompok tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan gambaran tentang dinamika kelompok; 2) gambaran produktivitas kelompok; 3) untuk mengetahui dinamika dan produktivitas kelompok yang dilatarbelakangi oleh pergantian kepemimpinan diskusi. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah anggota dari komunitas perkusi Black Two March kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengobservasi kegiatan diskusi selama 5 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Dinamika kelompok yang terjadi pada kegiatan diskusi di komunitas perkusi Black Two March dapat dilihat dari 4 aspek, yaitu 1) frekuensi pembicaraan, dimana ada peserta aktif atau pasif yang berbicara; 2) mutu pembicaraan, dihasilkan oleh peserta dan pemimpin diskusi didominasi oleh mutu yang bersifat positif; 3) emosi pembicaraan, pemimpin dan peserta diskusi menampakkan reaksi yang netral; 4) arah pembicaraan, yang terjadi dalam kegiatan diskusi banyak menunjukkan pola pemimpin diskusi yang arah pembicaraannya ditujukan kepada seluruh peserta diskusi. Pola dinamika tersebut menghasilkan produktivitas yang baik karena kegiatan diskusi berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Dinamika kelompok dalam kegiatan diskusi dipengaruhi oleh masing-masing karakter pemimpin diskusi. Kata Kunci: Dinamika kelompok, Produktivitas kelompok, Pemimpin Every individual must experience the dynamics of life because it has a dynamic nature. Just like in a community there must be a diverse dynamic. One of them is the Black Two March community has problems, lack of awareness in developing the percussion community by its members, in addition to exercise routines or discussions hampered by time constraints. Such a dynamic pattern will affect the productivity of the group. This study aims to: 1) describe the picture of group dynamics; 2) group productivity picture; 3) to find out the dynamics and productivity of the group that is motivated by the change of leadership discussion. The object of this research is a member of the Black Two March percussion community in Bandung. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive study method. Data collection was conducted by observing discussion activities during 5 meetings. The results showed that the dynamics of the group that occurred in the discussion activities in the Black Two March percussion community can be seen from 4 aspects, namely 1) the frequency of the conversation, where there are active or passive participants who speak; 2) the quality of the talks, produced by participants and leaders of the discussion is dominated by positive qualities; 3) the emotions of the talks, leaders and participants of the discussion showed a neutral reaction; 4) The direction of the talks, which occurred in many discussion activities showed a pattern of discussion leaders whose direction of conversation was addressed to all participants of the discussion. The dynamic pattern produces good productivity because the discussion activities run effectively and efficiently. The dynamics of the group in the discussion activities are influenced by each of the character of the discussion leader. Keywords: Group dynamics, Group productivity, Leaders
