Abstract

Potensi zakat di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 senilai Rp 233,8 Triliun, namun realisasinya masih jauh dari yang diharapkan karena BAZNAS baru mampu mengelola 3,5% dari potensi yang dimiliki. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah SDM yang dimiliki oleh LAZ masih kurang kompeten dalam bidangnya. Produktivitas kerja yang masih rendah, sehingga pendistribusian zakat masih bersifat konsumtif dan menimbulkan kurangnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap LAZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji teori perilaku organisasi dimana dengan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja amil serta bagaimana motivasi kerja dalam memoderasi pengaruh tersebut.dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden, yang diambil menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel mengacu pada cluster random sampling atau teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak klaster (kelompok) yaitu populasi dibagi ke dalam sub-sub unit yang berukuran lebih kecil kemudian, diperoleh dari pemilihan sebagian atas unit-unit atau lebih dikenal dengan nama unit primer, hingga akhirnya memilih unit didalam unit primer terpilih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kompensasi masuk pada kategori sedang, tingkat motivasi kerja dan produktivitas kerja mayoritas masuk pada kategori tinggi, dan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja amil dan motivasi kerja tidak memediasi hubungan kompensasi dengan produktivitas kerja amil,, namun motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja amil. Work productivity is still low, so that the distribution of zakat is still consumptive and creates a lack of public trust in LAZ. This study aims to test the organizational behavior theory by analyzing the effect of compensation on amil's work productivity and how work motivation in moderating this effect. With a total sample of 87 respondents, taken using a sampling technique referring to cluster random sampling or random sampling techniques cluster (group), namely the population is divided into smaller sub-units then, obtained from the partial selection of units or better known as primary units, until finally selecting units within the selected primary unit. This research uses the method of causality with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses primary data through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that the level of compensation was in the medium category, the level of work motivation and work productivity was mostly in the high category, and that compensation had a positive effect on amil's work productivity and work motivation did not moderated the relationship between compensation and amil's work productivity, but work motivation had a positive effect on amil work productivity.
