Abstract
ABSTRAK Masalah yang biasa dihadapi saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung adalah pemahaman konsep siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses serta pengaruh pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa pada pembelajaran IPA tema Panas dan Perpindahannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan tipe A-B. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu empat siswa, diantaranya, subjek RSA, RS, PJ, DD. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada kemampuan memahami konsep siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar yang ditunjukkan oleh perubahan level yang dilihat antara data terakhir dari satu fase dan data awal fase selanjutnya. Subjek RSA mengalami perubahan level ke arah yang positif (+) sebesar 25 poin. Subjek RS mengalami perubahan level antar kondisi ke arah yang positif (+) sebesar 30 poin. Selanjutnya, Subjek PJ mengalami perubahan level antar kondisi ke arah yang positif (+) sebesar 45 poin. Subjek DD pun mengalamiperubahan level antar kondisi ke arah yang positif (+) sebesar 25 poin. Hal ini menunjukkan kemampuan siswa yang membaik. The purpose of this study was to describe the process and the effect of the implementation of the jigsaw cooperative learning on students' understanding of concepts in science learning with the theme of Heat and The transmission. This study used a Single Subject Research (SSR) research A-B design. The subjects studied were four students, including the subject of RSA, RS, PJ, DD. The results of this study indicated the influence of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model on students' ability to understand concepts in science learning in elementary schools as indicated by change in level between the last data point in one phase and the first data point of the next. The subject of RSA experienced a change in level in a positive direction (+) by 25 points. The subjectof RS experienced a changes in level between conditions in a positive direction (+) by 30 points. Furthermore, the sybject of PJ experienced a change in level between conditions in a positive (+) direction by 45 points. The DD subject also experienced a change in level between conditions in a positive direction (+) by 25 points. This shows that the students' abilities are improving.
