Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyaknya siswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar dibawah KKM dan hasil ujian nasional yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum dan mengetahui efek moderasi kondisi lingkungan sekolah pada pengaruh disiplin belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan memberikan kuesioner pada siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.622 siswa dengan teknik Non Probabbility Sampling menggunakan sampel sebanyak 732 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Multiple (ARM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Disiplin belajar siswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) Kondisi lingkungan sekolah memoderasi pengaruh disiplin belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa disiplin belajar siswa yang tinggi akan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar Siswa, Disiplin Belajar Siswa, Kondisi Lingkungan Sekolah This research is motivated by the large number of students who obtain learning outcomes under the KKM and low national examination results. This study aims to determine the general picture and determine the effects of moderation in the school environment on the influence of student learning discipline on student learning outcomes. The method used is an explanatory survey by giving questionnaires to students. The population in this study were 1,622 students with Non Probabbility Sampling techniques using a sample of 732 students. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis (ARM). The results showed that: (1) Student learning discipline had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes, (2) The condition of the school environment moderated the effect of student learning discipline on student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that high student learning discipline will improve student learning outcomes in economic subject.
