Abstract

Tantangan pendidikan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah menyiapkan peserta didik untuk mampu menghadapi persaingan di abad 21 yang menekankan pada keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Namun bahan ajar LKPD yang biasa digunakan kurang mampu menunjang pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengembangan LKPD berbasis STEM untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang mengaitkan pengetahuan dan konteks dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga tercipta pembelajaran yang mampu menyiapkan peserta didik untuk bersaing di masa depan. Fokus utama pada penelitian ini adalah pengembangan LKPD berbasis STEM yang layak digunakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Design and Development dengan model EDDIE yang terdiri dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, imlpementasi, dan evaluasi. berdasarkan analisis kurikulum, kebutuhan, dan lingkungan belajar peserta didik dikembankan LKPD berbasis STEM. Kemudian LKPD tersebut divalidasi oleh ahli dan guru, serta dinilai oleh orangtua/wali dan peserta didik. Penilaian dosen ahli dan guru menunjukan persentase 90,75% (sangat layak), penilaian oleh orangtua/wali menunjukan persentase 93,9% (sangat layak), dan penilaian oleh peserta didik menunjukkan persentase 94,7% (sangat Layak) sehingga LKPD ini layak untuk digunakan dan dikembangkan. ----- The educational challenge faced today is to prepare students to be able to face competition in the 21st century which emphasizes higher-order thinking skills. However, the worksheet teaching materials that are usually used are not able to support the development of knowledge and skills of students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop STEM-based worksheet to provide learning that links knowledge and context in everyday life so that learning is created that is able to prepare students to compete in the future. The main focus of this research is develop a STEM-based worksheet that is feasible to use. This research is a design and development research with the EDDIE model consisting of the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. based on the analysis of the curriculum, needs, and the learning environment of students, a STEM-based worksheet is developed. Then the worksheet is validated by experts and teachers, and assessed by parents / guardians and students. The assessment of expert lecturers and teachers shows a percentage of 90.75% (very feasible), an assessment by parents / guardians shows a percentage of 93.9% (very feasible), and an assessment by students shows a percentage of 94.7% (very feasible) so that this worksheet feasible to use and develop.
