Abstract
Since 1985, the 1PTN Training Center (TC) is conducting the Apprentice Training Program to train new employees as production workers and engineering staff. For the production workers there were three different education background: graduates from secondary school (SMP), senior high school (SMA) and secondary technical school (STM),it was the management's intention to take benefit from the success of the program to reduce production delays gradually, but delays still exist up to now.
