Abstract

Salah satu tuntutan zaman di abad ke-21 ini pendidikan harus menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Higher Order Thinking Skills menjadi bekal dalam menghadapi 4IR. Maka dari itu, soal tes sebagai alat ukur kemampuan siswa harus memperhatikan penyusunannya dengan kriteria Higher Order Thinking Skills yakni keterampilan berpikir kreatif, kritis, dan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui kesesuaian butir soal secara kualitatif ditinjau dari kriteria Higher Order Thinking Skills pada soal penilaian akhir tahun (PAT). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain analisis konten (Analysis Content). Objek penelitian ini berupa dokumen soal-soal penilaian akhir tahun tematik semester 2 kelas V yang digunakan se-Kecamatan Kuningan dengan mengambil sampel soal di SDN 01 Citangtu dan guru yang menjadi tim KKG penyusun soal penilaian akhir tahun (PAT). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi wacana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh temuan, yakni dari 80 butir soal pilihan ganda, 60 butir soal isian, dan 20 butir soal uraian ditemukan 1 butir soal uraian yang memenuhi kriteria Higher Order Thinking Skills yaitu keterampilan berpikir kreatif, dan soal lainnya tidak memenuhi kriteria. ----- One of the demands of the age of the 21st century is education must produce quality human resources. Higher Order Thinking Skills are equipped to face 4IR. Therefore, test questions as a measure of student ability must pay attention to their preparation with the Higher Order Thinking Skills criteria, namely creative, critical, and problem solving skills.This study discusses the suitability of qualitative items in terms of the criteria of Higher Order Thinking Skills in the year-end Assessment question. The research method used is a qualitative method with content analysis design. The object of this research is in the form of the thematic end of year semester 2 grade V assessment documents used in Kuningan District by taking sample questions at SDN 01 Citangtu and the teacher who forms the KKG team for the final year assessment compilation.The instruments used in this study were interview guidelines, documentation, and discourse observation guidelines. Based on the results of research and analysis conducted, the findings were obtained, namely from 80 multiple choice questions, 60 item entries, and 20 item description items found 1 item description that met the criteria for Higher Order Thinking Skills namely creative thinking skills, and other questions did not meet the criteria.
