Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran mikro teaching terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa melaksanakan program pengalaman lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Angkatan 2015 dan 2016 yang telah selesai mengikuti Pembelajaran Mikro (Micro Teaching) dengan jumlah sampel 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan disebar secara online, disusun dalam skala numerik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, thitung uji signifikasi pengaruh pembelajaran mikro terhadap kesiapan mengajar adalah 2,01967 sementara ttabel sebesar 0,43. Menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel atau 2,01967 > 0,43, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran mikro terhadap kesiapan mengajar diterima. Artinya pembelajaran mikro berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan mengajar. Kata kunci : Kesiapan Mengajar; Pembelajaran Mikro; This study aims to see the effect of micro learning on students' readiness to carry out field experience programs. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program Class of 2015 and 2016 who had finished following Micro Teaching with a total sample of 21 people. The technique of using data uses a questionnaire in the form of google form and distributed online, arranged on a numerical scale. Based on the test results, the significance test of the effect of micro learning on teaching readiness was 2.01967 while the t-table was 0.43. It shows that tcount> ttable or 2.01967> 0.43, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The awareness that there is an effect of micro learning on teaching readiness is accepted.
