Abstract

Abstrak Hasil observasi terhadap sejumlah siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknik Dasar Otomotif di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajarnya masih belum sesuai dengan harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran dan mengetahui respon siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu guru mata pelajaran Teknik Dasar Otomotif dan seluruh siswa kelas X TKRO. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 63 siswa. Data diperoleh dengan lembar observasi untuk mengamati pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan angket disebarkan dengan memanfaatkan google form untuk memperoleh respon siswa. Hasil penilaian ahli bidang pembelajaran menyatakan bahwa instrumen penelitian valid untuk digunakan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Teknik Dasar Otomotif dimulai dari kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup mendapatkan kategori baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran Teknik Dasar Otomotif di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan. Siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran Teknik Dasar Otomotif. Kata Kunci : pembelajaran, teknik otomotif, teknik dasar otomotif. Abstract The results of observations on a number of students in basic automotive engineering subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Bandung showed that the results were still not in accordance with expectations. This research aims to illustrate the implementation of learning from various learning activities and to know the students ' responses. The research methods used are quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is the teacher of basic automotive engineering and all grades X TKRO students. Research samples used as much as 63 students. Data obtained with an observation sheet to observe the implementation of learning and polls are disseminated by utilizing Google form to obtain student responses. The Learning field expert assessment states that the research instrument is valid for use. Data analysis results show the implementation of learning automotive basic techniques starting from preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities get a good category. Conclusion of this research that the implementation of the learning of automotive basic techniques in SMK Negeri 6 Bandung has been running well in accordance with the provisions set. Students respond positively to the implementation of automotive basic engineering learning. Keywords: learning, Automotive engineering, automotive basic engineering.
