Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh terdapatnya penggunaan disfemisme pada judul berita di LINE TODAY. Penggunaan disfemisme pada judul berita memiliki bentuk kebahasaan, nilai rasa dan tujuan yang dapat mempengaruhi pola pikir dari pembacanya. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti tertarik meneliti penggunaan disfemisme pada judul berita di LINE TODAY menggunakan kajian semantik. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bentuk kebahasaan disfemisme, nilai rasa disfemisme, dan tujuan penggunaan disfemisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik teknik membaca dan mencatat dokumen. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk disfemisme yang digunakan pada judul berita di LINE TODAY, (2) mendeskripsikan nilai rasa disfemisme pada judul berita di LINE TODAY, (3) mendeskripsikan tujuan disfemisme pada judul berita di LINE TODAY. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) penggunaan disfemisme yang ditemukan pada berita di LINE TODAY berjumlah 58 judul, (2) bentuk kebahasaan disfemisme pada judul berita di LINE TODAY terdiri dari kata, frasa, klausa, (3) nilai rasa difemisme pada penelitian ini ditemukan bernilai rasa tidak pantas, bernilai rasa tidak enak, bernilai rasa kasar, dan bernilai rasa keras, (4) tujuan dari penggunaan disfemisme pada judul berita di LINE TODAY memiliki 3 tujuan, yaitu memberi penekanan, merendahkan atau menghina seseorang, dan bentuk tidak setuju terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah, judul berita di LINE TODAY yang menjadi objek penelitian mengandung disfemisme dengan bentuk kebahasaan, nilai rasa, dan tujuan dalam penggunaannya. Kata kunci: disfemisme, nilai rasa disfemisme, tujuan disfemisme. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the use of dysphemism in the LINE TODAY headline. The use of dysphemism in news headlines has a form of language, sense of value and purpose that can influence the mindset of the reader. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the use of dysphemism in news headlines on LINE TODAY using semantic studies. This research is focused on the form of dysfemism language, the value of the sense of dysfemism, and the purpose of using dysfemism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with the technique of reading and recording documents. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the form of dysphemism used in news headlines on LINE TODAY, (2) to describe the value of the sense of dysphemism in news headlines on LINE TODAY, (3) to describe the purpose of dysphemism in news headlines on LINE TODAY. The results showed that (1) the use of dysphemism found in LINE TODAY news depicts 58 titles, (2) the form of dysphemic language in news headlines on LINE TODAY consisting of words, phrases, clauses, (3) the value of diffemism in this study found a valuation a sense of inappropriate, value of bad taste, value of harsh taste, and value of strong taste, (4) the purpose of using dysphemism in news headlines on LINE TODAY with 3 objectives, namely to provide control, humiliate or insult someone, form and disagree with something or someone. The conclusion of this study is, the headlines on LINE TODAY which are the objects of research contain dysphemism with the form of language, taste values, and purpose in use.
