    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Budi Raksa Lembang Tahun Ajran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunkan adalah studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan saturation sampling sebanyak 29 responden. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier multipel dengan bantuan software SPSS V.20. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian keberartian regresi (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa model regresi dapat digunakan untuk mengambil suatu kesimpulan. Sedangkan hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar.

    This study aims to study the motivation to learn and utilize the school library as a learning resource for student learning outcomes in class XI Accounting Expertise Program at SMK Budi Raksa Lembang Academic Year 2018/2019. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The data collection techniques used are the study of documentation and questionnaires. The sampling technique was based on saturation sampling of 29 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS V.20 software. Based on the results of testing the significance of regression (F test) shows the regression model can be used to draw conclusions. While the results of the t test showed positive learning motivation towards learning outcomes and the use of school libraries as a source of positive learning towards learning outcomes.
