Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, sistem penilaian kinerja, kinerja guru, serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 40 guru tetap yayasan SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, sistem penilaian kinerja berkategori cukup, dan kinerja guru berkategori tinggi; dan (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan sistem penilaian kinerja. Kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, sistem penilaian kinerja, kinerja guru The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of the effectiveness of the principal's transformational leadership style, performance appraisal system, teacher performance, and the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and performance appraisal system on teacher performance. The research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a scale questionnaire 5 rating scale model. Respondents were 40 permanent teachers at the SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi foundation. The data analysis technique used regression analysis. The results showed: (1) the transformational leadership style is in the very high category, the performance appraisal system is in the moderate category, and the teacher's performance is in the high category; and (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and performance appraisal system on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore, teacher performance can be improved through improving the principal's transformational leadership style and performance appraisal systems.
