Abstract

Aulia Agustian Deniaty (1600575), Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi Persepsional pada Karyawan di PT. Darma Setia Lira Kota Bandung), dibawah bimbingan Askolani, SE., MM. dan Annisa Ciptagustia, SE., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan di PT Darma Setia Lira Bandung dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Darma Setia Lira Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 384 karyawan dan sampel 80 karyawan PT. Darma Setia Lira Bandung dengan menggunakan teknik sampling propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,2% atau dapat diartikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berkontribusi sebesar 36,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Darma Setia Lira Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Darma Setia Lira Bandung. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja Karyawan. Darma Setia Lira), under the guidance of Askolani, SE., MM. and Annisa Ciptagustia, SE., M.Si. The aim for this research is to determine the picture of transformational leadership style and employee performance at PT Darma Setia Lira and also to understand the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT. Darma Setai Lira Bandung. This research uses descriptive verification method with population of 384 employees and samples of 80 employees of PT. Darma Setia Lira Bandung by using propotionate stratified random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses t-test to see the effect partially. The results showed that the coefficient determination in amount of 36,2% or it can be interpreted that the transformational leadership style contributed 36.2% to the employee performance of PT. Darma Setia Lira Bandung. Based on the results of descriptive and verification analysis, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect to the employee performance of PT.
