Abstract

Hasil belajar adalah hasil yang didapatkan dari suatu aktifitas peserta didik yang diukur dan dinilai oleh guru. Disiplin belajar adalah serangkaian sikap atau perilaku siswa yang menunjukkan sikap taat, patuh, teratur, dan tertib dalam proses belajar. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas IV SDN Sarimulya III. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yang pertama adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar ditinjau dari kedisiplinan belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas IV dan tujuan yang kedua adalah untuk mengetahui apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat kedisiplinan belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas IV. Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya kedisiplinan siswa dalam lingkungan sekolah ditinjau pada hasil belajarnya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Cara pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mengemukakan hasil penelitian bahwa rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV disebabkan oleh kurangnya disiplin belajar siswa saat proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung dikelas serta kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran. Kedisiplinan belajar siswa didukung oleh faktor tingginya kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya disiplin dan perhatian guru terhadap siswa, sedangkan faktor yang menjadi penghambat disiplin belajar siswa yaitu rendahnya kesadaran diri siswa dan guru dalam menerapkan disiplin. Learning outcomes are the results obtained from a student activity that is measured and assessed by the teacher. Learning discipline is a series of student attitudes or behaviors that show obedience, obedience, order, and order in the learning process. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SDN Sarimulya III. The first objective of this study is to find out how learning outcomes in terms of learning discipline in social studies subjects for grade IV students and the second objective is to determine what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for learning discipline in social studies subjects for grade IV students. The background of this research is the lack of discipline of students in the school environment in terms of learning outcomes. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers suggest the results of the study that the low learning outcomes of grade IV students are caused by a lack of student learning discipline during the learning process that takes place in class and the students' lack of understanding of the learning material. Student learning discipline is supported by the factor of high student awareness of the importance of discipline and teacher attention to students, while the factor that hinders student learning discipline is the low self-awareness of students and teachers in applying discipline.
