Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu kemampuan yang sangat diperlukan dalam abad 21 adalah keterampilan berfikir kritis, karena dengan mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir kritis akan membantu mereka dalam menyelesaikan berbagai macam masalah baik itu dalam proses belajar dalam kelas maupun permasalahan diluar kelas. Berfikir kritis membutuhkan metode dan model pembelajaran yang tepat, karena kemampuan berfikir kritis tidak bisa didapatkan secara instan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran berbasis web dengan model pembelajaran Just InTime Teaching untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa terhadap materi mata pelajaran Pemograman Dasar dalam penyampaian salah satu materi pokok yaitu perulangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif pada model pengembangan Sistem Hidup Menyeluruh (SHM), dengan sampel siswa kelas X RPL A SMK N 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil kenaikan Gain sebanyak 0,53% pada prestasi belajar siswa yang dapat dikategorikan kriteria efektivitas pembelajaran pada tingkatan “sedang”. Dan untuk berfikir kritis terdapat presentase kenaikan jumlah siswa pada setiap kategori kelasnya, kelas rendah dari 24,14% menjadi 10,34%, kelas sedang 62,07% menjadi 58,62% dan kelas tinggi dari 13,79% menjadi 31,03%. Kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa, dilihat dari kenaikan gain prestasi belajar dan berfikir kritis siswa yaitu 0,63 untuk kelas atas, 0,48 kelas tengah dan 0,56 kelas bawah. Kata Kunci : Just In-Time Teaching, Kuantitatif, Siklus Hidup Menyeluruh, Berfikir Kritis ABSTRACT One of the indispensable capabilities in the 21st century is the critical thinking skill, because with the ability tolearn critical thinking will help them solve a wide range of problems both in the classroom and in the problems outside the classroom. Critical thinking requires precise methods and models of learning, because the critical thinking ability cannot be obtained instantaneously. The study aims toimplement Web-based learning Media With The Just intime teaching model to improve students ' critical thinking skills to basic programming subject matter in submission of one of the subject matter of the loop. The research method used is quantitative on the model of comprehensive Living system development (SHM), with the SAMPLE of grade X students a SMK N 1 Cimahi. The study gained a yield increase of 0.53% in student learning achievements that could be categorized as learning effectiveness criteria at "moderate" levels. And to think critically there is a percentage of increase in the number of students in each class category, low grade from 24.14% to 10.34%, class is 62.07% to 58.62% and high class from 13.79% to 31.03%. The students ' critical thinking ability indirectly affects student learning achievement, judging by the increase in gain of learning achievement and critical thinking of students i.e. 0.63 for upscale, 0.48 middle class and 0.56 lower class.
