Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar permasalahan yang muncul di TK Puspa tentang sikap percaya diri khususnya pada kelas B yang berada pada usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan terjadi karena kurang perkembangan aspek sikap percaya diri anak usia dini. Peneliti melakukan penelitian sebanyak 16 anak. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perkembangan sikap percaya diri pada anak usia dini melalui penerapan pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), pelaksanaannya satu siklus, hal tersebut terpaksa dihentikan karena adanya wabah covid-19 yang ada di Indonesia. Metode tersebut menggunakan instrumen penelitian wawancara, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw untuk perkembangan sikap percaya diri anak memiliki peningkatan, terbukti pada hasil pra penelitian dengan siklus 1 yang memiliki peningkatan. Hasil penelitian pada pra penelitian rata-rata skornya 1,95 yang berada pada kriteria Mulai Berkembang (MB) dan siklus I rata-rata skor 2,78 beradapada kriteria Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH). This research was carried out on the basis of the problems that emerged in Puspa Kindergarten about self-confidence especially in class B who were aged 5-6 years. The results of observations in the field show that the problem occurs because of the lack of development of aspects of early childhood self-confidence. Researchers conducted a study of 16 children. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of confidence in early childhood through the application of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the collaborative PTK model, in its implementation consisting of one cycle, it had to be stopped because of the covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia. The method uses interview research instruments, observation sheets and documentation. The results of research that have been done show that the application of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning type for the development of children's self-confidence has increased, as evidenced in the results of pre-study with cycle 1 which has an increase. The results of the study in the pre-study mean the score is 1.95 which is in the criteria of Starting to Develop (SD) and the first cycle average score of 2.78 is based on the criteria of Developing in Accordance with Expectations (DAE).
