Abstract

Di dalam pengadaan barang di suatu perusahaan, ada kalanya mengalami kekosongan atau
kekurangan barang. Salah satu dampak yang dapat ditimbulkan apabila barang yang
dibutuhkan kosong atau kurang secara terus-menerus tanpa dilakukan upaya pencegahan
adalah perusahaan akan mengalami kerugian. Untuk meminimalkan kekosongan atau
kekurangan barang yang didasarkan pada penyebab-penyebab di atas dan didukung dengan
semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, maka pada skripsi ini
peneliti akan membangun suatu sistem purchase order berbasis web menggunakan
pemrograman PHP. Hasil yang diharapkan dari implementasi pemrograman PHP ke dalam
sistem purchase order yaitu dapat memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan pengadaan
barang dan dapat merencanakan pengadaan barang dengan akurat sehingga kerugian
perusahaan dapat dikurangi.

In the procurement of goods in a company, there are times when a vacancy or lack of goods.
One of the impacts that can be caused if the goods needed are empty or lacking
continuously without prevention efforts is the company will suffer losses. To minimize the
void or lack of goods based on the causes above and supported by the development of
information and communication technology, then in this thesis the researcher will build a
web-based purchase order system using PHP programming. The expected result of
implementing PHP programming into the purchase order system is that it can facilitate
employees in procuring goods and can plan procurement accurately so that company losses
can be reduced.
