Abstract

ABSTRAK Perundungan merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan individu untuk menyakiti atau menyerang individu lain baik dalam bentuk fisik maupun verbal. Salah satu cara untuk menangani masalah tersebut yaitu melalui terapi realitas yang dianggap efektif untuk menangani masalah perundungan. Tujuan dari studi literatur adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas terapi realitas terhadap mekanisme koping remaja korban perundungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review yang merupakan hasil pencarian melalui database nasional dan internasional dengan kata kunci “Terapi Realitas dan Perundungan/Bullying”. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian ditemukan 5 jurnal penelitian, 3 jurnal nasional dan 2 jurnal internasional. Populasinya adalah remaja korban perundungan laki-laki maupun perempuan. Dari 5 penelitian yang digunakan 4 diantaranya menggunakan desain kuantitatif dan 1 menggunakan desain kualitatif. Hasil : Berdasarkan 5 penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa terapi realitas efektif dan direkomendasikan untuk menangani masalah trauma atau stres seperti perundungan. Didapatkan perbedaan hasil yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan terapi realitas. Skor rata-rata pre-test (31,63) dan post-test (11,47) sebelum dan sesudah sesi terapi dengan (t (29) = 31,085, p-value = 001). Penulis merekomendasikan untuk menerapkan atau mengaplikasikan terapi realitas untuk menangani masalah stres atau trauma seperti perundungan. Perawat sebagai konselor dalam penerapan terapi ini harus bisa melibatkan diri dengan korban untuk memunculkan rasa saling percaya. Perundungan di kalangan remaja merupakan masalah yang perlu diperhatikan dan perlu penanganan secara khusus untuk menghindari masalah yang lebih serius. One way to deal with these problems is through reality therapy which is considered effective in dealing with bullying problems. The purpose of the literature study is to find out how coping mechanisms in adolescent victims of abuse through reality therapy. The literature used is a search result through national and international databases with the keyword "Reality Therapy and Bullying". Based on the results of the search found 5 research journals, 3 national journals and 2 international journals. Of the 5 studies used 4 of them used quantitative methods and 1 used qualitative methods. Results: Based on 5 studies found that reality therapy is effective and recommended for dealing with trauma or stress problems such as bullying. Significant differences in outcomes were obtained before and after the application of reality therapy. Average pre-test scores (31.63) and post-test (11.47) before and after therapy sessions with (t (29) = 31.085, p-value = .001). The author recommends applying reality therapy to deal with stress or trauma problems such as bullying. Nurses as counselors in the application of this therapy must be able to involve themselves with the victim to generate mutual trust.
