Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kota Cimahi yang masih kurang dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar dengan variabel moderasi motivasi belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori melalui angket skala Likert. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 866 siswa, sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 274 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda degan variabel moderator menggunakan Moderat Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi pedagogik berada pada kategori tinggi, kompetensi profesional berada pada kategori tinggi, motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, dan rata-rata hasil belajar pada kategori dibawah KKM (2) kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar (3) kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar (4) motivasi belajar tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap hasil belajar (5) motivasi belajar tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap hasil belajar. This research is based by learning outcomes of SMA Negeri Cimahi’s students who are still less then Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). This study aims to determine the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence of teachers on students learning outcomes with moderation variabel of learning motivation. The research method used is an explanatory survey through a Likert scale questionnaire. The population of this study was 866 students, with using random sampling technique obtained a sample of 274 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed that: (1) pedagogic competence was in the high category, professional competence is in the high category, learning motivation is in the high category and the average of learning outcomes is in under KKM category (2) pedagogic competence have a positif effect on learning outcomes (3) professional competence have a positif effect on learning outcomes (4) learning motivation does not moderate the effect of pedagogic competence on learning outcomes (5) learning motivation does not moderate the effect of professional competence on learning outcomes.
