    Abstract

    Masalah perencanaan produksi adalah suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan produksinya dengan baik. Tujuan optimalisasi perencanaan produksi yaitu untuk memperoleh perencanaan yang baik dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas sumber daya dan estimasi permintaan produk di masa yang akan datang. Pada penelitian ini, masalah perencanaan produksi akan diselesaikan menggunakan model Goal Programming (GP) dan metode Simpleks. Model GP membentuk nilai goals untuk setiap tujuan dan mencari sebuah solusi yang memberi kepuasan pada semua kendala. Hasil implementasi model GP pada masalah perencanaan produksi tas di sebuah perusahaan di Kota Bandung menunjukkan bahwa model GP dapat menyelesaikan multi objektif pada perencanaan produksi dan mampu memberikan solusi yang baik.
    Production planning is a problem faced by the company in carrying out its production activities well. The goal of optimizing production planning is to obtain a good planning according to both the capacity of resources and estimated product demand in the future. In this research, production planning problem will be solved using the Goal Programming (GP) model and the Simplex method. The GP model forms a goal value for each objective function and searching for a good solution that satitsfies all constraints. The computational results of the GP model of bag production planning problem in a company in Bandung shows that the GP model can solve the multi-objective of production planning and give a good solution.
