Abstract

pelatih bulutangkis terhadap penyelenggaraan kejuaraan bulutangkis PORDA Bogor 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala ukur skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet dan pelatih yang hadir pada saat kejuaraan bulutangkis PORDA Bogor 2018. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, dengan kriteria inklusi : (1) semua atlet dan pelatih yang hadir pada saat dilakukan penelitian, (2) atlet dan pelatih yang bersedia menjadi responden. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 64 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan atlet dan pelatih bulutangkis terhadap penyelenggaraan kejuaraan bulutangkis PORDA Bogor 2018 Pada dimensi Tangible sebanyak 90,31% responden merasa “sangat memuaskan” terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Pada dimensi Reliability diperoleh hasil sebanyak 83,98% responden merasa “memuaskan” terhadap pelayanan yang telah diberikan. Pada dimensi Responsiveness diperoleh hasil sebanyak 86,56% responden merasa “sangat memuaskan” terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, Pada dimensi Assurance diperoleh hasil sebanyak 87,58% responden merasa “sangat memuaskan” terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Pada dimensi Empathy diperoleh hasil sebanyak 86,04% responden merasa “sangat memuaskan” terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Pada 5 dimensi kepuasan diperoleh hasil sebesar 86,95% responden mrtasa “Sangat Memuaskan”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden menilai tingkat kepuasan atlet dan pelatih bulutangkis terhadap penyelenggaraan kejuaraan bulutangkis PORDA Bogor 2018 “Sangat Memuaskan” ----- The purposes of this research is to determine the satisfaction level of badminton athletes and coaches on the implementation of the 2018 PORDA badminton championship in Bogor. This research is using a descriptive research method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with likert scale . The population in this research are athletes and coaches who attended the 2018 PORDA badminton championship in Bogor. The sampling technique used in this research is insidental sampling, with the inclusion criteria: (1) all the athletes and coaches are present at the time of the research, (2) athletes and coaches who are willing to become respondents. Based on these criteria, there are 64 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the resul ts of this research, it can be concluded that the satisfication level of badminton athletes and coaches for the implementation of the 2018 PORDA badminton championship are in the tangible dimension 90.31% of the respondent felt "very satisfying" towards the services provided, in the Reliability dimension results obtained as much as 83.98% of respondents felt "satisfactory" to the services that have been given, in the Responsiveness dimension obtained results as much as 86.56% of respondents felt "very satisfactory" towards the services provided, in the Assurance dimension obtained results as much as 87.58% of respondents felt "very satisfying" towards the services provided and, in the Empathy dimension results obtained as much as 86.04% of respondents felt "very satisfactory" towards the services provided. In the 5 dimensions of satisfaction the results obtained were 86,95% of respondents felt “very satisfying”. So it can be concluded that the respondents rated the level of satisfaction of badminton athletes and coaches for the implemetation of the PORDA Bogor 2018 badminton championship “very satisfying”.
