Abstract

Pada saat ini masih banyak permasalahan dalam pendidikan di Indonesia. Salah satu contohnya adalah masalah rendahnya kualitas pendidikan yang semua ini tidak terlepas dari yang namanya kinerja guru. Demikian pula yang terjadi di SMK Kiansantang Bandung yang menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru masih belum optimal dan masih belum memenuhi target nilai maksimal sekolah yaitu 100 dengan kategori amat baik berdasarkan ketetapan Permennegpan & RB No. 16/2009. Fenomena-fenomena tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang salah satunya adalah budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini hendak mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja teerhadap kinerja guru di SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru SMK Kiansantang Bandung sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berada pada kategori sedang/cukup kuat, lingkungan kerja berada pada kategori sedang/cukup kondusif, dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori sedang/cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Currently, education issues are still emerging in Indonesia. One of the issue is a problem of a low quality education which is inseparable from the so-called teacher performance. As in the case happened at Kiansantang Vocational School Bandung where a teacher's performance found unoptimal and did not meet the maximum target of school score in 100 with a very good category based on Permennegpan & RB No. 16/2009. These phenomena are caused by several factors, two of them are organizational culture and work environment. Therefore, this study examines how much the impact of the organizational culture and work environment on the performance of teachers at Kiansantang Vocational School Bandung. This research uses an explanatory survey method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The respondents are teachers of Kiansantang Vocational School Bandung numbered 30 persons. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that organizational culture positioned the moderate/strong enough category, the work environment positioned the moderate/quite conducive category, and the teacher's performance positioned the moderate/quite high category. Based on the regression results, it is revealed that the organizational culture and work environment have both partially and simultaneously a positive and significant influence on the teacher performance.
