Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peserta didik yang merasa kesulitan memahami materi dalam pembelajaran. Banyak diantara peserta didik yang merasa jenuh mendengarkan guru menyampaikan materi secara lisan menggunakan metode ceramah. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan agar terjadi perubahan pada diri peserta didik yang disebut sebagai hasil belajar, untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang baik perlu ada media yang dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan media Teori Batik (Teotik) pada pembelajaran batik dari kegiatan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil pembelajaran. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan mix methods model Concurrent Embedded Strategy. Subjek dan lokasi penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas VII B SMPN 45 Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, tes, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian penggunaan media Teori Batik (Teotik) pada pembelajaran batik disusun sesuai tahapan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan selama dua kali pertemuan. Adapun peserta didik selama kegiatan pembelajaran menunjukan sikap yang baik, peserta didik aktif dan antusias dengan rata-rata nilai sikap 3.09, dan persentase peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai pengetahuan Tinggi 13%, Sedang 81%, Rendah 6%. Jika nilai pengetahuan dilihat berdasatkan nilai KKM, 78% peserta didik dinyatakan Tuntas, 22% peserta didik Belum Tuntas. This research is motivated by students who find it difficult to understand the material in learning. Many of the students were bored listening to the teacher deliver the material verbally using the lecture method. Learning activities are carried out so that there is a change in students called learning outcomes, to achieve good learning outcomes there needs to be media that can assist teachers in delivering learning material. Based on this background this study aims to describe learning activities using the media of Teori Batik (Teotik) in batik learning from the activities of preparation, implementation and learning outcomes. this research is a descriptive research using mix methods model Concurrent Embedded Strategy. The subject and location of the study were students of class VII B SMPN 45 Bandung. Data collection is done by interviewing, observing, testing, and studying literature. Data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the research on the use of Teori Batik media (Teotik) in batik learning are arranged according to the stages of the learning process carried out during two meetings. The students during the learning activities showed a good attitude, students were active and enthusiastic with an average attitude score of 3.09, and the percentage of students who gained knowledge scores were High 13%, Moderate 81%, Low 6%. If the value of knowledge is seen to be based on the KKM value, 78% of students are stated to be Completed, 22% of students have not yet completed.
