Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada konsep energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, pengembangan, uji kelayakan, revisi, uji efektivitas dan revisi produk akhir. Objek penelitian adalah Lembar Kegiatan Siswa Berbasis STEM pada konsep energi, sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IV semester satu Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Validasi Lembar Kegiatan Siswa ini melibatkan ahli materi dan ahli desain STEM, tim ahli praktisi dan siswa. Uji efektivitass Lembar Kegiatan Siswa menggunakan metode Quasy Experiment “Nonequivalent Pretest Posttest Design”. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, lembar angket analisis kebutuhan, lembar penilaian kualitas Lembar Kegiatan Siswa, tes penguasaan konsep, tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif, dan skala sikap siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Lembar Kegiatan Siswa yang dikembangkan menyajikan materi energi dengan sintaks model pembelajaran Project Based Learning berbasis STEM, kegiatan berupa proyek berbasis STEM yang dapat melatih penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif yang sesuai dengan kurikulum dan indikator keterampilan, serta latihan soal; (2) Lembar Kegiatan Siswa yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar; (3) N-gain penguasaan konsep siswa di kelas eksperimen masuk kategori tinggi dan di kelas kontrol masuk kategori sedang (4) N-gain keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa di kelas eksperimen masuk kategori sedang dan di kelas kontrol masuk kategori rendah; (5) Penggunaan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa Berbasis STEM yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dengan nilai dampak masuk kategori besar; dan (6) Siswa menunjukkan tanggapan positif terhadap Lembar Kegiatan Siswa yang kembangkan.-----This study aims to develop Student Worksheets in science learning in Elementary Schools to improve mastery of students' concepts and creative thinking skills on the concept of energy. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method with the stages of needs analysis, planning, development, feasibility test, revision, effectiveness test and final product revision. The object of the study is the Worksheets Based on STEM on the concept of energy, while the subjects in this study were Class IV Elementary School students in Purwakarta Regency. This Student Worksheet Validation involves material experts and STEM design experts, a team of expert practitioners and students. Effectiveness Test of Student Worksheets using the Quasy Experiment "Nonequivalent Pretest Posttest Design" method. The instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaire needs analysis, Student Worksheet quality assessment sheets, concept mastery tests, creative thinking skills tests, and student response questionnaires with rating scales.. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Student Worksheets developed present energy material with the syntax of STEM-based Project Based Learning models, Work in the form of STEM-based projects that can train mastery of concepts and creative thinking skills in accordance with curriculum and skill indicators and practice questions; (2) Student Worksheets developed are suitable for use in science learning in Elementary Schools; (3) Increasing the mastery of the concepts of students in the experimental class in the high category and in the control class in the moderate category (4) Increasing the creative thinking skills of students in the experimental class in the moderate category and in the control class in the low category; (5) The use of Worksheets Based on STEM that are developed effectively in increasing mastery of concepts and creative thinking skills with impact values in a large category; and (6) Students showed a positive response to the developed Worksheet.
