    Abstract

    Motor BLDC (brushless direct current) banyak digunakan dalam kendaraan listrik karena keunggulannya yang memiliki torsi dan efisiensi yang tinggi, biaya perawatan yang rendah, dan respon kecepatan dinamik yang cepat. Pada umumnya, motor BLDC menggunakan sensor posisi (hall effect sensor) untuk menentukan komutasi inverter pada motor BLDC. Pada proyek akhir ini perancangan kontrol menggunakan metode sensored dan kemudian diimplementasikan pada motor BLDC 800W 48V. Telah dilakukan pengujian dalam kondisi tanpa beban dan dilakukan pengamatan terhadap respon kecepatan dan daya input inverter serta gelombang komutasi metode sensored (menggunakan sensor posisi). Hasil pengujian terhadap controller menyimpulkan bahwa kontrol bekerja dan dapat di gunakan untuk mengatur kecepatan motor BLDC

    BLDC (brushless direct current) motors are widely used in electric vehicles because of their superiority of torque and high efficiency, low maintenance costs, and fast dynamic speed response. In general, BLDC motors use a position sensor (hall effect sensor) to determine the inverter commutation on a BLDC motor. In this final project the control design using the sensored method and then implemented on 48W BLDC 800W motor. It has been tested under no-load conditions and observed the response speed and input power of the inverter and the wave of commutation of sensored method (using position sensor). The test results on the controller conclude that the controls work and can be used to adjust the speed of the BLDC motor
