Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “ Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (P4TK BMTI) Bandung”. Lembaga P4TK BMTI dinilai mampu mengelola penyelenggaraan diklat secara professional serta menjadi pusat pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang mampu memberikan pelayanan prima dalam semua aspek manajemen, dan mampu melakukan peningkatan kompetensi SDM sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana perencanaan penyelenggaraan diklat di P4TK BMTI? (2) bagaimana penyelenggaraan Diklat di P4TK BMTI? (3) bagaimana evaluasi penyelenggaraan diklat di P4TK BMTI? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen pelaksanaan diklat kepala sekolah tahun 2018 di P4TK BMTI Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis studi dokumen, wawancara dan pengamatan. Responden penelitian meliputi kepala seksi penyelenggaraan, pegawai penyelenggaraan, Widyaiswara, kepala bidang program, kepala seksi prencanaan, seksi evalusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Diklat kepala SMK menunjukan efektif, walaupun secara kondisional kendala-kendala ;---This research is entitled "Organizing Education and Training at the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education and Engineering Workers and Industrial Engineering (P4TK BMTI) Bandung". BMTI's P4TK Institute is considered capable of managing the implementation of training in a professional manner as well as being a center for human resource development that is able to provide excellent service in all aspects of management, and is able to improve HR competencies according to actual needs. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) how is planning the implementation of training in P4TK BMTI? (2) how is the implementation of Education and Training in P4TK BMTI? (3) how to evaluate the implementation of training in P4TK BMTI? This study aims to describe and analyze the management of school principals' training in 2018 at Bandung's BM4 P4TK. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis model used is analysis of document studies, interviews and observations. The research respondents included the head of the organizing section, the administration staff, the Widyaiswara, the head of the program, the head of the planning section, the evaluation section. The results of the study show that the implementation of the vocational training head of the vocational school shows that it is effective, even though the participants face certain obstacles. The researcher suggested that the Bandung P4TK BMTI institute propose to the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel (Director General of GTK) that training for vocational heads be made as an annual priority program so that vocational heads whose leadership competencies are still minimal can be increased so that vocational competencies can be increased to professional.
