Abstract
Sanitasihygieneadalahupayadalammenjagakebersihandankesehatanindividudalammelakukansegalaaktivitas demi menciptakankualitas yang lebihbaik.Pedagang kaki limapenjualmakanandanminumanadalahsalahsatuprodusen yang menyediakanmakanansiapsaji yang dapat di temukan di lingkuangan yang ramaicontohnyaseperti di lingkungansekolah, pinggirjalanmaupunkios semi permanen. Makanan yang dijualnya pun beragamjenisnyasertasangatmungkinrentanterkenakontaminasi yang diakibatkanolehperilakupedagang yang tidakmenjagakebersihandiri, kebersihanperalatan, kebersihan area, dankebersihanmakanan yang dijualnya.Tujuandaripenelitianiniuntukmengetauhipengetahuan, sikapdantindakanpedagangtentangsanitasihygienedalammenerapkanpadasaatberjualan.Menggunakanmetodedeskriptif.Populasipenelitianiniyaitupedagang kaki limapenjualmakanandanminuman di jalanGegerkalongGirangsebanyak 130 orang. Metodepengambilansampel yang digunakanyaitupurposive samplingdengankriteriapedagang yang berjualandaripukul 15.00-21.00, danpedagang yang melakukanpersiapandanpengolahan, pedagang yang menggunakangrobak/ kios semi permanendenganjumlah yang diperolehsebanyak 40 orang pedagang.Teknikpengambilan data menggunakaninstumenberupatesuntukmengukurtingkatpengetahuan, angketuntukmengukursikappedagang, danpedomanobservasiuntukmengamatisertamenilaisecaralangsungtindakan yang dilakukanolehpedagangpadasaatmelakukanaktivitasberjualan.Hasildaripenilitianinimenujukan rata-rata pengetahuanpedagangpadakriteriasangatbaik (85%), rata-rata hasilsikappedagangterhadapsanitasihygieneberadapadakriteriasangatbaik (82%), danpadatindakanpedagangdalamkriteriasangatbaik (91%).Rekomendasidaripenelitianiniuntukpenulisselanjutnya, perluadanyapenelitiankualitatifmendalammengenaianalisissanitasi hygiene pedagangmulaidaripemilihanbahan, proses pengolahan, proses pengemasan yang digunakan, hinggamakanantersebuttersajikepadakonsumen;---Hygiene sanitation is an effort to maintain the cleanliness and health of individuals in carrying out all activities in order to create better quality. Street vendors of food and beverage sellers are one of the producers who provide food that can be found in crowded places such as in schools, roadside. The food he sells is also of various types and is very likely to be susceptible to contamination caused by the behavior of traders who do not maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness of equipment, cleanliness of the area, food hygiene. The purpose of this study is to examine the knowledge, attitudes and actions of traders about sanitation hygiene that are applied when selling. the method used is descriptive. The population of this study were street vendors of food and beverage sellers on the street GegerkalongGirang as many as 130 people. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with the criteria of traders who sell from 3:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and traders who make preparations and processing, traders who use semi-permanent grobak / kiosks with a total of 40 traders. Data collection techniques used instruments in the form of tests to measure knowledge levels, questionnaires to measure attitudes and observation guidelines to observe and directly assess the actions of traders when selling. the results of the study show that the average knowledge of traders is very good (86%). the average yield of merchant attitudes towards hygiene sanitation is in very good criteria (83%). and the actions of traders in the criteria are very good (91%). Recommendations from this study for subsequent authors, the need for in-depth qualitative research on traders hygiene sanitation analysis starting from material selection, processing, packaging process.
