Abstract
Proses pembelajaran akan berhasil dilihat dari apakah siswa memiliki motivasi dalam belajarya. Oleh karena itu, guru perlu menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Guru harus membangun dan mengembangkan kebiasaan yang baik dan perasaan ingin tahu di dalam diri siswa. Penampilan guru yang baik akan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang baik pula. Sehingga, guru harus meningkatkan kemampuan mengajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum persepsi siswa tentang penampilan (performance) mengajar guru dalam proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru di SMK Negeri 5 Bandung, mengetahui gambaran umum motivasi belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru, dan mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan penampilan (performance) guru dalam mengajar dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI jurusan Teknik Kontruksi Batu Beton (TKBB) di SMK Negeri 5 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk kedua variabel sama-sama menggunakan angket dengan total 66 item soal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI jurusan Teknik Kontruksi Batu Beton di SMK Negeri 5 Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh gambaran umum kedua variabel tergolong kriteria baik, hubungan kedua variabel tergolong korelasi kuat, dengan hipotesis yang signifikan dan penampilan (performance) guru dalam mengajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43%:---The learning process will be successfully seen from whether students have motivation in learning. Therefore, teachers need to foster student learning motivation. The teacher must develop and develop good habits and curiosity in students. A good teacher's appearance will also create a good learning environment. So, the teacher must improve his teaching skills. This study aims to determine the general description of students' perceptions of the teaching performance of teachers in the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers at SMK N 5 Bandung, knowing the general description of student learning motivation in teaching and learning activities conducted by the teacher, and knowing how much the performance relationship the teacher in teaching with the learning motivation of students in class X and XI in the Department of Concrete Construction Engineering (TKBB) at SMK N 5 Bandung. The research method used in this study is a correlation analysis method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques for both variables using questionnaires with a total of 66 items. The population of this study were students of X and XI class in Concrete Stone Construction Engineering at SMK N 5 Bandung. The sample used in this study is a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The calculation results obtained by the general description of both variables are classified as good criteria, the relationship between the two variables is categorized as strong correlation, with a significant hypothesis and the appearance of teacher performance in teaching gives an influence of 43%.
