Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Kesehatan Pelaksanaan Program Kerja Terhadap Mutu Sekolah di SMP se- Kota Cimahi”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan mutu pendidikan di Kota Cimahi. Secara umum tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan pelaksanaan program kerja terhadap mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitaif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan cara proportionate starstifed random sampling, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket tertutup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 kepala sekolah, 36 tenaga kependidikan, 36 guru, dan 36 komite sekolah yang tersebar di 36 Sekolah Menegah Pertama (SMP) di Kota Cimahi. Berdasarkan temuan dari hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh beberapa hasil penelitian yang dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: Skor rata- rata kecenderungan dari variabel X (Kesehatan Pelaksanaan Program Kerja) adalah 3,39 masuk kedalam kategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan skor rata- rata kecenderungan dari variabel Y (Mutu Sekolah) adalah 3,41 masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,453, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang cukup kuat antara variabel X (kesehatan pelaksanaan program kerja) dengan variabel Y (mutu sekolah). Hasil perhitungan signfikansi korelasi diperoleh harga thitung sebesar 2,918, sedangkan ttabel dengan α =0,05 adalah 1,692 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,5%. Dapat diartikan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara variabel X (kesehatan pelaksanaan program kerja) dengan variabel Y (mutu sekolah) adalah berpengaruh sebesar 20,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesehatan pelaksanaan program kerja berpengaruh positif dan dan signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah.;---The research entitled “The Influence of Health Implementation of Work Programs Towards School Quality of Junior High Schools In Cimahi City”. This research was back grounded by the problem of education quality in Cimahi City. Generally, the purpose of this research was to know the health impact of work program implementation on school’s quality. This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique used here was probability sampling by propotionate stratified random sampling, meanwhile the data collection technique was done by closed questionnaire. The populations in this research were 36 school headmasters, 36 education staff, 36 teachers, and 36 school committees from 36 junior high schools in Cimahi City. Based on the result of data processing, some results were obtained described as follow: the tendency average score from x variable (the health of work program implementation) was 3.39 included in very high category. In other hand, the tendency average score of y variable (school quality) was 3.41 included in very high category. The result of correlation coefficient calculation was 0.453 which meant there was adequate impact between x variable and y variable. The result of correlation of significance was tcalof 2.918 while ttablewas α=0.05 was 1.692 with determinant coefficient score of 20.5%. it could be concluded that correlation coefficient between x variable and y variable had high impact of 20.5%. Based on the research above, it could be concluded that the health of work program implementation was positively impacting and it was significant to school quality.
