Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari semua populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Bandung dengan jumlah 30 Responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan 1) pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas sekolah berada pada kategori sedang, 2) pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah berada pada kategori sedang, 3) pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap efektivitas sekolah termasuk kategori sedang selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Implikasi pada penelitian ini kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru meningkatkan perannya dengan baik maka akan meningkatkan efektivitas sekolah. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini yaitu guru dan kepala sekolah harus meningktkan kemampuan kompetensi professional guna mendukung efektivitas sekolah. ;---This study was to analyze the influence of the visionary leadership and teacher performance on school effectiveness in Public Elementary Schools in Pameungpeuk District, Bandung Regency. The method in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Research methods that take samples from a population and use questionnaires as a data collection tool. 30 Public Elementary Schools in Pameungpeuk District, Bandung Regency. The technique of collecting data is questionnaires. The location of this study was conducted at the State Elementary School of Pameungpeuk District, Bandung Regency, with 30 respondents Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded 1) the effect of the visionary leadership on school effectiveness is in the moderate category, 2) the effect of teacher performance on school effectiveness is in the moderate category, 3) the influence of the visionary leadership and teacher performance on effectiveness schools are in the medium category, the rest are influenced by other factors. The results revealed that visionary leadership and teacher performance had a significant and positive effect on school effectiveness. The implication in this study is that visionary leadership and teaching performance improves their role well so it will improve school effectiveness. The recommendations in this study are that teachers and principal must increase the ability of professional competencies to support school effectiveness.
