Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh kinerja guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa di salah satu SMK Swasta di Cimahi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory, data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 62 siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kinerja guru pada kategori lemah, (2) motivasi belajar siswa pada kategori sedang (3) kinerja guru dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Merujuk pada hasil tersebut, maka kinerja guru dan motivasi belajar siswa dapat menjadi acuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Guru, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE AND LEARNING MOTIVATION ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING OUTCOMES IN THE SUBJECT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT OF THE TENTH GRADE CLASS OF OFFICCE ADMINISTRATION AT SMK PASUNDAN 1 CIMAHI. The purpose of this article is to present the result of research regarding the effect of teacher performance and learning motivation towards learning outcome in one of the private vocational school in district of Cimahi. The approach of this study was quantitative with survey explanatory method, the data that used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to the 62 students of Class X Office Administration. Data Analysis technique using double regression. The result showed that : (1) teacher’s performance category are low, (2) student’s learning motivation category are medium, (3) teacher’s performance and student’s learning motivation have an impact on student’s learning outcome, both partially and simultaneously. Referring to these result, teacher’s performance and student’s learning motivation can be a reference to improve student’s learning outcome.
