    Abstract

    PenelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuipengaruhkecerdasanemosionalterhadapprestasibelajarsiswapadamatapelajaranAkuntansiDasar di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif,dan metode penelitian yang digunakanyaitupenenilitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Subjekdalampenelitianiniyaitu 142 siswajurusanAkuntansikelas XI tahunajaran 2018/2019.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwaterdapatpengaruhpositifkecerdasanemosionalterhadapprestasibelajarsiswapadamatapelajaranakuntansidasar;---This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on student achievement in Principal Accounting at SMK N 11 Bandung. The research design used is survey research with a quantitative approach, and the research method used is descriptive and verification research. The subjects in this study were 142 students majoring in Accounting in class XI for the 2018/2019 academic year. The result of this research have a positive effect of emotional intelligence on student achievement in principal accounting.
