    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan profil lulusan Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif SMK Negeri 8 Bandung tahun 2016-2017 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterserapan lulusan Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif di dunia industri. Profil lulusan meliputi kondisi alumni, masa tunggu, dan penghasilan yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian Tracer Study ini menggunakan deskriftif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah lulusan Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif SMK Negeri 8 Bandung tahun 2016-2017 sebanyak 28 orang. Hasil pengumpulan data dengan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis analisis data kuantitatif dengan persentase kemudian di deskripsikan sebagai gambaran profil dari lulusan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh : a. Alumni secara umum dapat terserap di dunia kerja, melanjutkan studi, berwirausaha dengan masa tunggu kurang dari 3 bulan sebesar, 3 – 6 bulan dan 6 – 12 bulan. b. Alumni menganggap bahwa kurikulum yang dikembangkan oleh sekolah cukup sesuai. c. faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterserapan alumni yaitu tingginya kebutuhan dunia industri dan nilai yang diperoleh di SMK.
    This study aims to identify the profile of graduates of Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif SMK Negeri 8 Bandung in 2016-2017 and the factors that influence the absorption of Teknik Perbaikan Bodi Otomotif graduates in the industrial world. The graduate profile includes the waiting period of work, the percent of graduates who are already employed, and the income earned. This Tracer Study research method uses quantitative descriptive. The subjects of the study were 28 graduates from State Automotive Engineering in SMK Negeri 8 Bandung in 2016-2017. The results of data collection by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of quantitative data analysis with a percentage then described as a profile picture of graduates. The results obtained: a. Graduates in general can be absorbed in the world of work, continuing studies, entrepreneurship with a waiting period of less than 3 months, 3-6 months and 6-12 months. b. graduates consider that the curriculum developed by the school is quite appropriate. c. the factors that influence the absorption of graduates are the high needs of the industrial world and the value obtained at SMK.
