Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Dago Dream Park Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk wisata dan kepuasan pengunjung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu responden yang pernah mengunjungi Dago Dream Park dengan sample sebanyak 100 responden dengan margin eror 0,1. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil yang di dapat di ketahui bahwa kualitas produk wisata berada di kategori sangat baik dan kepuasan pengunjung berada pada kategori sangat baik. Pengaruh kualitas produk wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yaitu sebesar 27,3% atau dapat di simpulkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk wisata berada pda kategori sedang. Dari penelitian ini pengelola di harapkan mengembangkan wahana baru yang inovatif dan kreatif sehingga meningkatkan minat berkunjung kembali dan memenuhi kepuasan pengunjung.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of tourism products on costumers satisfaction at Dago Dream Park Lembang, West District Bandung. The research method used in this study is descriptive and verificative. Variable in this study are the quality of tourism products and customers satisfaction. The population in this study were respondents who had visited Dago Dream Park with a sample of 100 respondents with an error margin of 0.1. In this study data collection can be obtained through a questionnaire. Based on the results obtained in this study, it is known that the quality of tourism products is in a very good category and custumers satisfaction is in a very good category. The magnitude of the influence of the quality of tourism products on customers satisfaction, which is equal to 27.3% or can be concluded below the influence of the quality of tourism products in the average category. From this research are expected to develop new, innovative and creative tourist attraction, to increase interest in revisiting and fullfilnes the customers satisfaction.
