Abstract

Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan penulis melalui studi dokumentasi nilai dan wawancara terhadap guru mata pelajaran patiseri. Hasil studi dokumentasi nilai pada UAS terdapat 60% siswa kelas XI masih di bawah KKM, dengan nilai KKM 75. Hasil wawancara yang dilakukan guru menyatakan salah satu faktor hasil belajar yang rendah dikarenakan motivasi belajar yang rendah pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI di SMKN 2 Baleendah ditinjau dari aspek motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik. Metode ysng digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 174 siswa kelas XI program keahlian jasa boga. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling diperoleh sampel 66 siswa. Intrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu tes untuk mengukur pengetahuan dan angket untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kriteria baik dengan persentase 69%. Motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kriteria baik dengan persentase 75%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajara patiseri. Kata kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar, Mata Pelajaran Patiseri Based on a preliminary research conducted by the author through the research of value documentation and interviews with patisserie subject teachers. The results of the documentation research on the value of the final exam, 60% of students in grade XI are still below the minimum completeness value, with a minimum completeness value of 75. The results of interviews conducted by teachers stated one of the factors of low learning outcomes due to low learning motivation in students. This research aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes of class XI students at Vocational High School 2 Baleendah in terms of aspects of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of the research was 174 students of class XI Catering Service. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling obtained a sample of 66 students. The instrument used in this study was a test to measure knowledge and a questionnaire to measure student motivation. The results of this research indicate student learning outcomes are good criteria with a percentage of 69%. Student learning motivation is in good criteria with a percentage of 75%. There is a positive and significant effect between learning motivation on student learning outcomes in class XI on patisserie subjects.
