Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi hasil analisis tindakan kreatif dan penguasaan konsep melalui Problem-based Learning (PBL) dan Read- Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create (RADEC) pada konteks komposisi pengembang kue. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif statistik dengan pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 35 pesertadidik untuk masingmasing kelas. Data tindakan kreatif dikumpulkan melalui instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi, Lembar Kerja Pesertadidik (LKP), dan angket, sedangkan data penguasaan konsep dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes soal pilihan ganda tervalidasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diuji statistik menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis tindakan kreatif dan penguasaan konsep pesertadidik dengan PBL dan RADEC menunjukkan hasil dengan interpretasi yang sangat baik. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-tes dan post-tes penguasaan konsep pesertadidik melalui PBL dan RADEC. Korelasi antara tindakan kreatif dan penguasaan konsep pesertadidik menunjukkan hubungan yang cukup kuat, signifikan, dan searah, dimana tindakan kreatif memberikan kontribusi yang rendah terhadap penguasaan konsep. Tanggapan pesertadidik mengenai PBL menunjukan tanggapan yang positif yaitu PBL dapat meningkatkan tindakan kreatif dan meningkatkan minat pesertadidik untuk menguasai konsep. ;---The purpose of this study was to obtain the analysis of creative action and conceptual understanding through Problem-based Learning (PBL) and Read- Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create (RADEC) in the context of cake developer composition. This study uses the statistic descriptive method with pre-test posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 35 students of each classes. The students' creative action data was collected through research instruments in the form of observation sheets, Student Worksheet (LKP), and questionnaires, while students' conceptual understanding data were collected through validated multiple choice questions test. Data were analyzed descriptively and statistically using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed students' creative action and conceptual understanding show results with very good interpretations with PBL and RADEC. There were significant difference between pretest and posttest scores in students’ conceptual understanding with PBL and RADEC. The correlation between students' creative action and conceptual understanding shows a fairly strong, significant, and unidirectional relationship, where students' creative action have a low contribution to conceptual understanding. Students' responses to the PBL showed positive responses, namely PBL can improve the skills to act creatively and increase students' interest in mastering the concept.
