Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor atribut hotel apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi tamu dalam memilih hotel, serta untuk mengetahui komparasi faktor atribut hotel berdasarkan persepsi business travelers dan leisure travelers dalam memilih upscale hotel di Kota Bandung. Faktor atribut pemilihan hotel merupakan suatu hal yang berguna untuk memahami atribut hotel apa saja yang dianggap penting bagi tamu sehingga dapat mempengaruhi tamu dalam memilih sebuah hotel, terutama bagi tamu yang menginap dengan tujuan berbisnis (business travelers), dan berlibur (leisure travelers). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data yang didapatkan melalui kuesioner sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh faktor atribut hotel berdasarkan persepsi business travelers yaitu faktor core service, service quality, convenience, business facilities, general amenities, ambiance, dan leisure facilities. dan lima faktor atribut hotel berdasarkan persepsi leisure travelers yaitu faktor core service, leisure facilities, service quality, business facilities and ambiance, dan faktor general amenities. Faktor atribut hotel yang paling dominan berdasarkan persepsi kedua kelompok wisatawan tersebut yaitu faktor core service. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam bidang analisis faktor atribut hotel serta dapat membantu memudahkan pengelola bisnis perhotelan dalam merancang strategi dan menentukan target pasar yang mereka inginkan. ;---This study aims to analyze factor of hotel choice attributes that can affect the guest in choosing a hotel, and to comparison factor of hotel choice attributes based on business and leisure travelers perceptions in choosing upscale hotel in Bandung City. Factor of hotel choice attributes is a useful thing to understand what the hotel attribute is considered important for the guest so that it can influence the guest in choosing a hotel. especially for business travelers and leisure travelers. This research uses a quantitive approach based on data collected by survey with questionnaires as much as 200 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is factor analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are seven factors of hotel attributes based on business travellers perceptions, there is core service, service quality, convenience, business facilities, general amenities, ambiance, and leisure facilities. and five factors of hotel attributes based on leisure travellers perceptions there is core service, leisure facilities, service quality, business facilities and ambiance, and general amenities. Factor dominant based on business and leisure travelers is core service. In addition, researcher also wishes that this research could become a reference for hotel attributes factor and can be used to hoteliers to make a strategy and determining the target market of their hotel.
