Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepentingan & kinerja produk wisata di Taman Lalu Lintas Kota Bandung melalui penilaian pengunjung. Ada tiga indikator dari produk wisata yaitu; atraksi, fasilitas/amenitas dan aksesibilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 pengunjung dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat penelitian. Metode importance performance analysis (IPA) digunakan sebagai alat perhitungan yang menghasilkan matriks IPA yang didalamnya terdapat 4 kuadran dengan tingkat prioritas yang berbeda-beda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kinerja produk wisata di Taman Lalu Lintas Kota Bandung baik namun tingkat kepentingan produk wisata di Taman Lalu Lintas pun sangat tinggi. Terdapat 4 kuadran yang dihasilkan dari metode IPA yang dapat digunakan oleh pengelola untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi produk wisata di Taman Lalu Lintas Kota Bandung berdasarkan pengunjung, serta dapat mempertahakan kinerja dari produk wisata di Taman Lalu Lintas yang dinilai sudah baik oleh pengunjung dan melakukan perawatan, pengecekan dan perbaikan secara berkala dan mematakangkan lagi konsep yang akan diusung untuk kedepannya;---The purpose of this study was to determine the level of importance & performance of tourism products in the Taman Lalu Lintas Bandung City through visitor ratings. There are three indicators of tourism products namely; attractions, facilities and accessibility. This study uses descriptive method with a quantitative approach that uses simple random sampling technique. This study involved 100 visitors using a questionnaire as a research tool. To determine the level of importance & performance of tourism products used importance performance analysis (IPA) method which produces cartesius diagrams in which there are 4 quadrants with different priority scales. The results of this study indicate the level of performance of tourism products in the Taman Lalu Lintas Bandung City is good but the level of importance of tourism products in the Taman Lalu Lintas is very high. There are 4 quadrants generated from the science method which is the reference for managers to pay attention to the condition of tourist products in the Taman Lalu Lintas Bandung City and can maintain the performance of tourism products in the Taman Lalu Lintas which are considered good by visitors and perform maintenance, checking and repair periodically and reconcile the concept that will be carried forward.
