Abstract

Mengenal irama adalah kemampuan yang harus dikuasai seseorang dalam mempelajari ilmu tentang musik secara umum. Irama merupakan hal yang paling mendasar dalam kegiatan bermusik, karena bermain musik pada hakikatnya bermain dengan ritme atau irama. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pembelajaran Irama Dengan Model Kooperatif Learning Together Pada Kelas VIII C SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Bandung” yang dilatarbelakangi oleh sulitnya siswa dalam memahami dan mempraktekkan tepukan birama dan tepukan pola irama ketika peneliti melakukan PPL di sekolah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mencoba memecahkan masalah yang menjadi latarbelakang dari penelitian ini, khususnya melalui pennggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe learning together. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus yang terencana dan terukur. Urutan pembelajaran penelitian ini yakni mengenal struktur birama, mempraktekkan tepukan birama dan mempraktekkan pola irama dengan menyanyikan lagu daerah. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam irama dan aktivitas siswa didalam kelas dengan hasil yang cukup signifikan, sesuai dari data-data yang disajikan dalam laporan penelitian ini.
;---Recognizing the Rhythm is the ability that a person must master in learning music. Rhythm is the most basic thing in music activities, because playing music is essentially playing with beats or rhythm. This research is entitled " “Learning rhythm by using Cooperative Model of Learning together for the Class VIII C Students’ at The Juior High School of Muhammadiyah 6 in Bandung" which is motivated by students' difficulties in understanding and practicing the rhythm pattern of certain folk songs when the researcher did her Teaching Practise at the school. The purpose of this research is to try to solve the problem which has become the background of this research, especially through the use of cooperative learning type of learning together. The research method used by the researcher is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in three planned and measurable cycles. The learning sequence of this research is to know the beat patterns, practice the tapping/clapping and the rhythm patterns by singing certain folk songs. In this study, the researchers found that the application of this type of cooperative learning was able to improve students' ability to recognize the rhythm, practice it in folk songs, as well as improving the activity of students in the classroom with significant results. The improvement, as you can see in the form of qualitative data presented in this research report.
