Abstract
Ekonomi Islam mengatur pembangunan melalui instrumen dana pembangunan Islam di antaranya adalah zakat, infak dan sedekah. Namun penghimpunan dana ZIS masih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan potensinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan donatur terhadap loyalitas donatur. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah donatur pada lembaga Sinergi Foundation. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling-quota sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Selain itu juga menggunakan analisis path untuk mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh antara variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan donatur. Kedua, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas donatur. Ketiga, kepercayaan donatur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas donatur. Keempat, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas donatur melalui kepercayaan donatur sebagai variabel intervening.;---Islamic economics regulates development through instruments of Islamic development funds including zakat, infaq and alms. But the collection of ZIS funds is still low compared to its potential. This research is designed to analyze the influence of service quality, donors trust in donors loyalty. The population of this study were donors at the Sinergi Foundation institution. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling quota sampling with a total sample of 100 people. In addition, it also uses path analysis to determine the relationship or influence between these variables. The results of this study indicate that first, service quality has a positive and significant effect on donors trust. Second, service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on donors loyalty. Third, donor trust has a positive and significant effect on donor loyalty. Fourth, service quality affects the loyalty of donors through trust in donors as an intervening variable.
