Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang memperoleh Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) di bawah KKM pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri Kota Banjar tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model moderasi dari achievement motivation pada pengaruh self-regulated learning terhadap academic performance siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Objek penelitian ini adalah self-regulated learning, achievement motivation dan academic performance. Sedangkan subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kota Banjar dengan sampel sebanyak 198 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan Moderat Regression Analysis (MRA) melalui SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) self-regulated learning berada pada kategori cukup baik dan achievement motivation berada pada kategori cukup baik 2) self-regulated learning berpengaruh terhadap academic performance siswa 3) achievement motivation tidak memoderasi pengaruh self-regulated learning terhadap academic performance siswa. Kata kunci: Self-Regulated Learning, Achievement Motivation, Academic Performance ------- This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes from the results of the final examination on second semester in economic subject on students of social class XI from Banjar City public High Schools on academic years 2018/2019. The aim of this research was to examine the moderation model of achievement motivation on the effect of self-regulated learning on student academic performance on economic subject. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey using questionnaires as a data collection tool . The objects of this research are self-regulated learning , achievement motivation and academic performance. The subjects of this research were students of social class XI from Banjar City Public High Schools with a sample of 198 students . For the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) by SPSS 25.0 for Windows . The results showed that: 1) self-regulated learning was in the good enough category and achievement motivation was in the good enough category 2) self-regulated learning had an effect on student academic performance 3) achievement motivation did not moderate the effect of self-regulated learning on student academic performance .
