Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif populasi adalah 800 karyawan. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan proportional random sampling. sampel penelitiannya 89 karyawan. teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah menggunakan angket. teknik analisis data dalam yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. hasil penelitiannya adalah 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. pengaruh tersebut menunjukan bahwa setiap terjadi perubahan pada kepemimpinan transformasional maka akan terjadi pula perubahan pada kinerja karyawan PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. jadi kepemimpinan transformasional mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 2) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja. pengaruh tersebut menjelaskan bahwa setiap terjadi perubahan pada lingkungan kerja maka akan terjadi pula perubahan pada kinerja karyawan PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. 3) kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja. jadi, kinerja karyawan naik karena meningkatnya kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja. kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan. ------ This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and work environment on employee performance at PT. Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. this type of research is quantitative research. the population is 800 employees. the sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. the research sampel was 89 employees. the data collection tecnique is to use a questionnaire. the data analysis tecnique used is multiole regression analysis. the results of his research are 1) transformational leadership has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. the influence show that every change in transformation leadership there will also be a change in the performancw of employees of PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. so transformational leadership is able to influence employee performance. 2) the work environment has a positive influence on the performance of the employees of PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. so it can be seen that employee performance is influenced by the work environment. this influence explains that every change in the work evironment will also occur changes in the performance of employees of PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. 3) transformational leadership and workenvironment have a positive influence on the performance of the employees of PT.Star Energy Geothermal Bandung. so it can be seen that employee performance is influenced by transformational leadership and work envirinment. so, empoloyee performance rises due to increased tranformational leadership and work environment. keywords: transformational leadership, work environment, employee performance
