Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi sekretariat di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang belum mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran, komunikasi interpersonal pimpinan, komitmen organisasi sekretariat, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal pimpinanterhadap komitmen organisasi sekretariat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah 40 karyawan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal pimpinanmemiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi sekretariat di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dengan demikiankomitmen organisasi sekretariat dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal pimpinan. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal Pimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi Sekretariat ABSTRACT the influence of leadership interpersonal communication on the commitment of the education office secretariat of West Bandung District This research was conducted at the West Bandung District Education Office. The problems examined in this study are the commitment of secretariat organizations in the West Bandung District Education Office that have not yet reached the target. This study aims to determine the description, leadership interpersonal communication, commitment of the secretariat organization, and to find out whether there is interpersonal communication leading to the commitment of the secretariat organization. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents were 40 employees at the West Bandung District Education Office. The data analysis technique uses simple regression. Based on the results of the study showed that leadership interpersonal communication has leadership and is significant towards the commitment of secretariat organizations in the West Bandung District Education Office. Thus organizational commitment can be improved through improving leadership interpersonal communication. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication Leader, Secretariat Organizational Commitment
